To honor this milestone, this watch is created in a limited edition of ten pieces, a symbol of a partnership destined to leave a mark in time.

The Voutilainen KV20i Reversed GMT Milano Edition perfectly embodies the Voutilainen workshop’s philosophy, combining respect for longevity and precision with classical watchmaking tradition. Pushing the boundaries of horology, this extraordinary timepiece is equipped with an innovative in-house calibre featuring a unique “back-to-front” construction, allowing the beauty and complexity of the movement to be admired directly from the dial.

The KV20i mechanism was entirely designed, built, manufactured, finished, and assembled within the Voutilainen workshop. Thanks to its innovative architecture, the watch allows one to observe every detail of the finely grained movement with 4N gold finishing. Additionally, enthusiasts can immediately appreciate the perfect synchronization of the escapement wheels. On the case back, a silver-coloured sub-dial displays the seconds, reminiscent of the silver-coloured minute circle on the front, adorned with polished gold quarter dots featuring a blue hue.

From a technical perspective, the KV20i calibre features a large in-house crafted balance wheel, ensuring perfect and precise regulation. To optimize accuracy, a rare balance spring system has been adopted: the spring has a Phillips overcoil on the exterior and a Grossmann internal curve, further enhancing precision.

The reversed mechanism highlights a movement finished to the highest standards of fine watchmaking, thanks to the meticulous craftsmanship of Voutilainen’s artisans. The surfaces of pinions and wheels are perfectly smooth and polished, while the main plate and bridges, made of German silver, are hand-decorated to achieve an impeccable surface finish. Screws and all steel components are also finished and polished by hand.

The KV20i Reversed GMT Milano movement is housed in a refined 39mm titanium case, complemented by a hand-sewn blue leather strap.
